Labor Day Fun

As you may know, we have a really fun Hand ‘n Foot group.  So, for Labor Day they decided to have a tournament!  They played doubles, then singles.  Esther Snyder and Vita Butts won the doubles, and Vita won singles, so guess that means she’s the best of the best??  Games started at 3:00, at 5:00 they took time out to eat hot dogs with ALL the trimmings, baked beans, potato salad, and WAY too many sweets!!  They have so much fun!!  Here are a few pictures of them playing.

Assisted Living Residence Ground Breaking in Milledgeville, GA

We are all SO excited!  We had a beautiful groundbreaking ceremony for construction of our assisted living residence on July 16th.  We had a wonderful turn-out from the local community, including our mayor, ex-mayor, and our mayor pro-tem, councilmen and women from both the city and county, a State Representative, newspaper reporter, Chamber of Commerce officials and ambassadors, bankers, pastors, friends, and residents for a total of about 78 folks that came to help us celebrate! It was really wonderful to see all the support and excitement it generated.

All the “big bosses” sticking in the first shovel.

Since community managers and assistant, partners, the company business manager and the marketing team seldom find time to get together, we had to have a group picture!
